No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of software development, we do not offer refunds on any services once work has begun. All payments are final.
Cancellation Before Commencement: If you wish to cancel your project before work has started, you may do so by notifying us in writing. Any deposits or upfront payments made will be non-refundable.
Termination After Commencement: If you decide to terminate the project after work has commenced, you will be liable for all work completed up to the date of termination. A final invoice will be issued for the work done.
